1 Illinois county allows indoor dining to governor’s chagrin – WREX (Rockford)

The Sangamon County (which includes the state's capitol city) Department of Public Health says the coronavirus positivity rate has fallen enough to let the businesses reopen for indoor service at 25% capacity. Prizker has a sad face on? So sad :(.
It is not a law for them to close.
When he complains that the state is doing poorly he needs to look in a jumbo mirror and he is the cause.
