I read in some other article they were passing a normal $40B budget with no cuts. This is craziness. How well do you think this will go over in DC when begging for a bailout? Even CA cut 10%. These people are delusional. There is something wrong with the progressives’ mind.

A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
