Judge hears oral arguments in case challenging Pritzker’s COVID-19 orders – Center Square

“The duration of this so-called emergency has gone from weeks to months to a date that remains uncertain," said Sangamon County Judge Raylene Grischow. " So if this is allowed to continue, aren’t we ultimately looking at the suspension of constitutional liberties themselves?”

By statute this was unconstitutional after the first 30 days.

No wonder no one trusts these clowns.

Thanks to this judge to be above the corruption in this state and stand up for freedom. However, he falls short by not saying we HAVE ALREADY lost our liberty in this state. The draconian lockdowns need to be removed from the quiver of our overzealous leader. These lockdowns have been ruled unconstitutional in other states and have been going on for more than a year for something that has a 99% recovery rate!!!
