Wisconsin Republicans pitch using stimulus money for property tax relief – Center Square

“Wisconsin taxpayers were affected most by the pandemic. This is their money and they can spend it better than the government,” Assembly Speaker Robin Vos said. “This proposal provides $1 billion to give the equivalent of a 10% return of taxes paid by property owners statewide.”

Meanwhile, Illinois will be using 100% of its ARP $bucks$ to payoff past debts, (directly or indirectly for gaurenteeted upperincome public sec pensions)—social equity/where’s mine Illinois style!!
