A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
On a side note because high end retailers do not want to be in a safe area like downtown Chicago they are choosing crime laden Oak Brook instead. LOL
