Why Did Chicago Public Schools Ban Pork? – Farm Journal’s Pork

A quiet COVID-era policy removed pork from the schools’ menus. Sen. Celina Villanueva, a former CPS student, is sponsoring a resolution calling for CPS to review the ban along with Rep. Sonya Harper, House Ag Chairwoman.

I’ll educate WP readers on this “phenomenon.” It’s a progressive sop to Muslims. How do we know? Because you’ll never read about the CPS offering fish to Catholic kids on Lenten Fridays.

The other group that abstained (not obstained) was not pandered to and pork was not removed.
