Just what is “Fair Taxes”. I hear the term but how is it defined in numbers?
I can definitely say Illinois taxes on its private citizens are not “Fair Taxes”.
High property taxes, high income tax, high sales tax, plus taxes on everything they can think of and some of the poorest services.
