I resent using a utility payment for purposes outside the utility. Increasing my water bill should be to remove lead pipes, finally separate storm from toilet water in Chicago, chlorination, upgrade capacity, Install meters, etc. but to use a water bill as an in-place convenient way to re funnel money into a Ponzi scheme that has nothing at all to do with water is wrong.
