Il does not protect their rights over dishonest and possibly criminal tenants. Landlords should be able to evict tenants for nonpayment of rest and property damage in under 60 days. Il also needs squatter laws to protect property owners.

The goal is to destroy the landlord. The communist can’t see much further than what’s in front of their face. And right in front of their face is rent that is due once a month. So they hate their landlord, they want to destroy the millennia old system of real property rights dating back to the Romans because they’re angry their landlord won’t change a light bulb fast enough.
