Shouldn’t Illinois plan to take care of it’s own problems? But, wait that would require planning, reality checks, common sense choices regarding funding…yeah….never mind. It’s Illinois. The DICK and The DUCK are used to playing games. Shouldn’t be anything new. Please fade away into retirement.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
