If Chicago teachers walk out, it would be ‘illegal strike,’ district warns – Chalkbeat Chicago

An agreement is within reach, so long as we continue working hard together.”

How childish, teachers went on the sidewalk to teach their online class. They want to manipulate and expect pity for having to go back to work. A childish passive aggressive and obvious ploy, theater art.

Bust this union.

Better yet, legally dissolve Chicago Public Schools, nullify all contractual obligations and pensions and then reconstitute CPS as a non-union system. This is all legally viable. I think that Wirepoints had articles regarding this option a few years ago.
