The 2A is a right, not a privilege. Driving a car is a privilege, not a right. You can legislate insurance to drive a car because it is a privilege. You cannot legislate insurance to own a gun because it is a right. Morgan is a gun grabber to the nth degree. Morgan can go pound sand.
Will politicians be required to take out insurance against any and all lies that they may tell? I mean if we have to have insurance to enjoy our constitutional rights, the politicians should have to be covered when they abuse the First amendment!
Pretty slick how Morgan tries to conflate another penalty on law abiding gun owners with flood and cyberattack insurance. These guys never quit, do they?
