Illinois files notice of appeal after district court strikes down gun ban – Center Square

Dan Eldridge with Federal Firearms Licensees of Illinois, one of the plaintiffs groups in the consolidated case, said all eyes are now on how the appeals court reacts. “And right now the existing panel is split 50-50,” Eldridge said.

And the ban case then moves to the IL Supreme Court and then to SCOTUS after being rubber stamped in Springfield. Let’s cut to the chase and head to DC.

Once again don’t like a ruling, send it to the bought and paid for liberal justices…
Shall not be infringed is pretty straightforward. Leave the law abiding citizens alone and start arresting the thugs that commit the crimes
