Wow, Mayor Rahmbo couldn’t be more wrong if he was TRYING to be wrong. It is not responsible to lower the cash contribution for P&F from .55B to .33B. That barely covers the Normal Cost for the 2 plans. That guarantees the Unfunded Liability of $10B for the 2 plans will grow, and massively quickly. Rahmbo should wake up and at least be honest.
