Mark Glennon and Ted Dabrowski joined Rep. Jeanne Ives (R-Wheaton) on May 8th, 2018 to testify in front of the Cities and Villages Committee of the Illinois House of Representatives.
They talked about the state’s garnishment of Harvey and North Chicago’s revenues, the chances of revenue intercepts spreading to cities across Illinois, and the negative impact the downstate pension crisis has on city budgets and peoples’ lives.

great job-mark, ted & j ives. what is the rep rileys deal who ask all the questions?- blame the train wreck on the past-ok. but then what? no solution. he seemed to have no sympathy for home owner residence.
So the May 8th testimony at the State House’s Cities and Villages committee was regarding HB 5644.
Jeanne Ives’ State Rep 42nd district website has more information in a post today titled, “Municipal Debt Restructuring – Get the Facts.”
