NO it was the closing of everything without any knowledge of anything by lighthead and jagboy.

It was the policy makers looking the other way and not enforcing laws. Not Covid. This is a totally incorrect take. Why were people allowed to riot? Why were criminals released from prison? The uptick in crime is on Lightfoot and Kim Foxx. Not something else.
