Quoting himself from his own idiotic campaign ads. But the average voter here doesn’t have the sort of memory or attention span to remember that.

I’m sure the African-American community just LOVES this. An illegal can get state financial that would otherwise have gone to an african-american tax paying citizen who follows the rules and lived in IL their entire life. Talk about a Jim Crow law – illegal immigrants get aid before black citizens do. SO keep voting Democrat!

This is truly a racist policy.

Take two high school seniors, student A is college bound and student B wants to do wedding planning and florist work. So student A gets 120k in tuition, earns a sociology degree and goes to work at Starbucks. Student B didn’t get anything. Why not give student B 120k to buy a van, pay rent on a storefront and begin lining up flower suppliers and develop a business plan? Seems fair if we are handing out free money.
