The University of Chicago enrolls undocumented students and gives them access to private financial aid through the University. In his e-mail, Diermeier said the University would continue to do so and is “committed to raising more private funds for financial aid to assist international and undocumented students.”

UIC is very proud of the fact that 2/3rds of their students only pay $4000 or less for tuition. 30% pay $2000 or less. 2/3rds of the student body is minority. Guess who subsidizes this? The middle class taxpayers around the state that can’t afford college for their own kids and are sending them out of state to get a better value.
