Arrest and charge Alexi , just like was done to Ryan. It’s the same thing.
This is a first for the Illinois Secretary of State. Normally you need to slip an envelope to somebody to get one of these CDLs if you don’t speak English. Sometimes you need to slip an envelop even if you do speak English.
