Examples $500 Million for a new hospital at least 200Mil for the other hospitals. 250Mil for new schools Park district additions police and fire stations- HUD housing 10’s of million and on and on. All of these will never pay any property taxes. The kicker is if you build a new home in Rockford or buy an existing foreclosed home you will be reimbursed 80% of your taxes for THREE years.
