If you grew up in a family where a breadwinner ever went unemployed, you know this is  no joking matter. Lot’s of articles on this, including Reuters piece here.   No, there’s been no serious government bailout discussion.  But if you put one together and measured it against other job bailouts or programs on dollars-per-job basis, I’d bet that it would be in the ball park.   No bailout is needed because the brands and other assets have real value.  They will be purchased out of bankruptcy and Twinkies will be back on the shelves.     Mark Glennon
