Has Blago pardoned his father in law, Dick Mell, for outing him? It did seem he was found guilty of playing typical Illinois democratic politics and overcharged, but he was also a useless waste of time while governor. And his wife was in the prosecutors cross hairs for a while too over real estate dealings.
