Ted joined Tom Miller of WJPF to talk about Illinois’ highest-in-the-nation property taxes, why lawmakers don’t want to touch the tax’s cost drivers, just how much Illinoisans’ tax burden has grown over the decades, why Gov. Pritzker failed to meet his promise to reform property taxes, and more.

Actually Milwaukee has been selling its fertilizer for over 90 years, milorganite, I used to use it when I worked at park districts and golf courses in college. So it’s taken Chicanos water reclamation dept 90 years to finally realize that sludge can be sold to offset costs. It’s a very low potency fertilizer, but that actually makes it great for golf courses where you need to do constant applications all summer, or ball fields, etc.
