Another culture habit of American urban blacks which allows crime to continue is the failure of those involved in a crime or the victims of black on black crime to provide the police with information on the perpetrators. Over last weekend there was a “block” party gone rogue in Toledo, OH, with participants shot and one or two killed. When the police arrived to get information, crickets. The code of silence descends. BSM: black silence matters more than BLM.
This crime wave should be called “American black on black crime” because it’s the American born and bred black who’s on the destructive rampage. Somewhere I’ve seen that the higher achieving immigrant groups come from certain Asian nations as well as Nigerians. Generally these people are better schooled to begin with or they desire schooling and work to achieve it. Canada has a large black immigrant population. They are hard-working, entrepreneurial, and they are disgusted with how America has created a culture of dependence and excuses. There is nothing genetic about it. It’s the culture we’ve created.
This hand-wringing about Chicago’s crime curiously always focuses on the south and west sides. Hmm! When South Shore was primarily Jewish, was “crime” an issue? Don’t think so. When residents of crime-ridden neighborhoods talk about their plight, they almost always mention the “community”. What “community” are they talking about? The “black community”? The obvious “leaders” in Chicago are “black”: Lightfoot; Foxx; Preckwinkle; and Brown. Not a lick of “diversity” there. It’s considered racist to discuss the underlying problems in the ‘community’ because the solutions involve acting more like white people: finish high school, have fewer children out of wedlock, take care of your kids, get an education or work a full-time job, shoot guns at the range instead of at your rivals. The community views these simple facts of life as whiteness itself. They call this whiteness because it requires emulating their oppressors.
