A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
How did we get to this? Last I checked white is a color. In fact here is a list of 122 shades of white. So that means all humans have some variation of color.

Yes, of course it’s racial discrimination. But it’s nothing compared to the ultimate on that — selecting a Supreme Court justice based on a hard rule that only black women would be considered.
There’s no shortage of highly intelligent black women who could be on the SCOTUS based on merit alone.
