If and when they do, in the interest of efficiency, perhaps (Senate President Don) Harmon, (Gov. JB) Pritzker and House Speaker Emanuel 'Chris' Welch ought to cut out the middleman and just ask CTU President Stacy Davis Gates to articulate the city’s positions."
