Much of the routine trade and investment between China and America is entirely appropriate and in America’s interest. But inserting the Chinese Communist Party into America’s pay-to-play system and its economic development strategy isn’t just crossing a line. It’s a leap into an abyss of stupidity.
This is a great example of the result of so-called progressive policies. Keep up the good work!
Half the Loop will look like all of downtown East St. Louis by the end of 2040. They’re just going to abandon some of the older class C buildings, and the class A’s will concentrate in the West Loop and north.
Urban farming has been tried before. The costs are high and the profits low. Look for this building to be for sale in three or four years when this venture fails.
