A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I hope this polling is accurate as it pertains to Ted, but some downstate polling will be needed to see if the republican party is moving in the right direction.
