Stupid is as stupid does! Several years ago, Walmart closed two stores on the SE side of Chicago. Those stores never made a profit in 17 years. About the same time, Walgreens also did the same by leaving the doors open at several SE Chicago locationsuntil all merchandise was gone! The reason? Theft! These occurred were pre-Trump! Theft is also responsible for the Sav-A-Lot stores closing.
Hmm.. isn’t there a promo for JB making the rounds of him visiting one of the stores for the People’s Republic of IL That Depends On Your Tax Dollars To Succeed all smiles and telling us how great it is and we need more of them? Perhaps the community can find their way to that food wonderland. When they do en masse, look for it to close shortly thereafter.
