Any redistricting should, at a minimum, be presented to the people it will affect well in advance of the legislatures midnight votes. Illinois should look in the mirror when it protests “No Kings.”

The more important ( and relevant ) map change would be the one allowing the counties tired of catering to CHI and it’s blue environs to divorce themselves from IL. Dems are avoiding that like the plague.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
