Lightfoot disputes new labor deal reached between city, police union – WGNTV (Chicago)

The latest development comes a little over four years since the city and the Chicago police rank-and-file union, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, have had a labor contract. Amid a federal consent decree, the FOP and the city have been divided on police disciplinary issues.

Before she skeedaddled to San Fran, Lori instructed her negotiators to get the deal closed. After she berated and cussed, they decided FU Lori and gave away the store! She hadn’t reviewed the term sheets when JCat said they had a tentative agreement. Lori desperately needs the police. The circle of blame between Lori KimTim n Toni rings true when Kim says we can’t charge anyone unless they’re arrested. Lori won’t let the cops arrest or chase anyone. What’s next?
