Alas, the Chicago area once again trailed the other 19 major metro areas tracked by Case Shiller with a mere 8.6% annual appreciation rate for single family homes.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
