In Illinois, the population loss has accelerated for seven straight years due primarily to a lack of housing and employment opportunities, as well as high taxes.

DuPage County is losing population?!? How could that be? I thought Naperville, Wheaton, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, etc. were the PERFECT places to live.
Oh, I guess it’s the sky high property taxes, long commutes, frustrating traffic, rising sales taxes, etc. Some of the same things that chased us out of Ill-annoy.
