Where was Crain’s at before the election doing its best to sway the vote in favor of the scholarships? Crain’s never was for the scholarships and this article is simply an attempt to mop up some unsuspecting readership.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
