Palatine police officer helps federal agents detain someone, department says – ABC7 (Chicago)

Police said about 20 people gathered around the scene, and some shouted obscenities and moved toward the agents. The Palatine Police Department said the officer "made a split-second decision to assist in stabilizing the situation" due to "the subject's noncompliance, the agitated crowd, and the potential risk of injury."

Kudos to the Palatine Police officer! It would also be nice if the Palatine Police Department arrested those people who “shouted obscenities and moved toward the agents”!

The actions of these two officers from Palatine were reasonable, measured and appropriate to assist law enforcement agents. Why is this being presented as a problem or concern? I would expect Law Enforcement officers across the board to assist each other. Why would we not want this behavior from local Police. Thank you to the Federal and local Police.

Once you understand that the left only has empathy for criminals it all makes sense.
Remember that the left would do this to US citizens if given the chance.
