The hundred million dollar bond referendums all around Chicagoland that never seem to lose…People scream about high property taxes, but then, in a March municipal election, with less than 20% turnout, 66% of those who voted sail the referendum through easily. If this turns out to be true, the superintendent should be terminated without severance, and be required to reimburse the school district (ie. the taxpayers) for the amount of payments made for prohibited activity.
