Among the consequences of economic growth that badly lags national averages are billions of lost revenue every year. Yet denial reigns in Illinois, fueling the vicious cycle of demand for higher taxes.
Have no fear contractors…Jumbo and Pinhead will soon obligate the Illinois tax payer to cover the costs. That of-course will happen and was intended all along. The doubling of the construction budget and the outrageous salaries of the grifters running project are all tell-tail signs there was no plan and no real oversight on the project – only grift.
