A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Very good. While a few aspects of it are location specific, most of it is nation wide. I like the fact it’s data driven rather than opinion driven. Planners from both sides can benefit from this because Democrats can see how and why they’re losing core voters, and Republicans can see how to get them. While the crackpots with their shrill voices get on the news all the time they don’t speak for those that actually cast votes. Hispanic heritage notwithstanding, AOC does not reflect the concerns of most Hispanics. They are more concerned with jobs than they are about… Read more »
It’s not at all surprising that Latinos have abandoned Biden and the Democrat party. The polls show that Biden and the Democrat’s only remaining support are highly partisan urban and suburban Karens who want covid lockdowns 24/7. Voters with a brain can see that the Democrat party is driven by entirely ideology and not governing with novel but practical solutions. The solutions from the Democrat party is vaccine mandates to eat food at a restaurant or participate in public life. Very popular with Karen but wildly wildly unpopular with minorities.
Most people don’t give a shit about the vaccine mandate, but I agree, It’s not even necessary, let alone legal. As Trump said, “The vaccine has saved millions of lives”. It’s not the mandates, even though their heavy handed and capricious, it’s their Keystone Cops style of governance. Biden has groveled on the Hill three times now and come up with zilch. He has to meet with Manchin and Sinema before and make sure he has their support. You don’t have the POTUS show up and not get a deal. It’s as bad as Trump kissing Kim Jong Un’s behind… Read more »
* I’m not sure ‘most’ people don’t care about the mandate. Even the legacy news outlets are reporting that restaurants in low vaxxed areas are struggling because of the mandate. It’s about as popular as her soda tax. * Putin and NK kept to themselves for 4 years during Trump. Under Biden now Putin is about to invade Ukraine and Putin invaded Crimea under Obama. (people seem to forget that). NK is back to shooting off missiles again. Say what you want but Trump was extremely effective keeping these two under control. * I get the endless repeating the Trump… Read more »
im no fan of Sleepy Joe, but you must be mainlining the kool aid. How come your leader doesn’t articulate the argument anywhere near like you do? Answer, it’s all bullshit. I love your selective recognition of the facts too. No. Korea shot rockets off within weeks of the big meeting with Trump. Putin was active in Ukraine the entire time as well. Again, not one Republican judge sided with your Orange beloved. This dolt has conned you into becoming an intellectual contortionist. They are f$#&ed that is true. Mostly due to bad governance, but also due to the fact… Read more »
Oh, this is a guy who would be in lockstep with the Bush Crime Syndicate and Pierre Delecto brand of Republicanism. Duly noted. Too bad there is not an ignore feature on here.
I mean, sure there’s an NBC poll showing 61% care about the mandates as it manifests itself in supply chain issues and health care worker shortages but as long as you feel they don’t that’s really all that matters, facts be thrown away.
“Putin was active in Ukraine the entire time as well.” Well, since it is in Russia’s backyard do we really have a National interest in who’s flag flies over Kiev?
I’m loving the part where you proclaim yourself to be one of the open minded. Hilarious.
I agree with most of what you wrote.
I’m not sure that ballot harvesting is perfectly legal and not fraudulent.
Democrats should not worry about being f’d by MaoConnell or Frank Luntz’s, errr, roommate the Doofus McCarthy. They will protect Xiden’s gains.
Just curious. Why don’t the ballots have sequential serial numbers? This way the computer could tell if anyone made a copy of the original. There could be different colors ballots like green for military or disabled vets-in person white-mail in yellow or whatever. Plus compare the number of registered voters in any given precinct to the number of votes cast. It would be rare to have 100% turnout but if there are say 1,000 registered voters and 1,100 show up something is fishy. Remember in Madigans district when the young man got something like 1,700 votes and Madigans? people went… Read more »
It’s a feature, not a flaw.
“Turnout” in Wisconsin, for example, was five standard deviations off of turnout for the last sixty years. I’m a statistician. This is a statistical impossibility. Your idea about color coded ballots is a good idea and would help with fraudulent turnout.
Wow. I had no idea about this trend. Really is historic and wonderful! Great interview.
