Workers’ comp law could raise Illinois employer costs – The Center Square

Phil Melin, executive director of Illinois Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse, pointed to two issues with the legislation. “It adds a new surcharge on successful, profitable workers' compensation insurance companies, and then it adds new restrictions on potential liability on employers,” Melin told The Center Square.

Blue states will do everything in line with what communist countries do, but, they will never admit they are communists. That will change when DSA candidates step in because the DSA doesn’t hide who they are and what they stand for.

It’s really never a question about what the employers want. It’s a question of what the lawyers and politicians want and they don’t care as long as they have control of their share. Everyone else is second class.
