That still leaves 10M people who either tested negative of did not contract the virus. Out of the 2.8M just over 30K died half of those in nursing homes or long term care facilities most with preexisting medical conditions or now called comorbidities. So that means 2,770,000 people recovered with mild to moderate symptoms. Also out of a total population of 12.7M some 30K died but 12,670,000 survived. The negative is always promoted and make headlines but the positive is swept under the rug. Just putting it into perspective.
January was the first diagnosed case but quite a few people got really sick in Nov, December and January 2020 without ever getting tested.
