Kimberly Lightford’s, D-Maywood, Senate Bill 1 as of late Tuesday, Democratic senators were expected to caucus Wednesday to hear the details of and see if they had the votes to approve a plan that has thus far been described only in a memo leaked from Pritzker’s office.”
