Wow so many of the victims were just out for a walk or walking out of necessity. They were all preyed upon. Walkers are highly vulnerable in the city, out of the blue any car coming down the block could be the one aiming a pistol at you, or the one that will stop and have three thugs jump out on you. Covid is no longer the best motivator to quarantine it seems.
