Video of the fight shows someone taking swings at a K-9 handler, and hurling a trash can at his dog. The chaos continued; full of punches, shoves, and dog bites.

All the crime fighting tools in the world aren’t worth squat when some judge releases Davonte and Javerious a half an hour after being hauled in. And so much for standards of having a professional appearance that commands respect with officers in cargo pants sporting dreadlocks and overweight women officers that get bounced around like a rubber ball.
