The people in these neighborhoods steal anything that isn’t nailed down. When you’re reduced to stealing your poor neighbor’s mail, my god, that’s pathetic.
Remember when “going postal” meant someone went crazy and shot the place up? Turns out you do need to be crazy to work for the USPS. Who else but a crazy person would put up with this garbage?
