Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

Hmmmm…Lori has declared Grant Park is off limits to minors unless accompanied by a responsible adult; a curfew for minors? How will Lori and CPD respond when the area is overrun with with minors, when the ACLU starts screaming? Isn’t there a curfew law on the books already? It’s like seizing gang assets part two. B D Lori just banned minors in the park without an adult on weekends. They will just move their “youthful hi-jinks” to Michigan Avenue now.

The second swarm of foul mouthed, gun toting, out of control, and violent yutes in four days and it sounds like the swarms are getting bigger. At this rate they will graduate to Molotov cocktails, car jackings, and smashed window looting pretty soon. If BD lori and her lap dog David Brown don’t do something effective fairly soon it is going to get much worse. For everyone else, it might be a good idea to just avoid Chiraq all together as it descends even further into anarchy and chaos.
It all boils down to bad parenting — parents who never bothered to teach their kids how to act right in public. There is no quick fix for that.

Yesterday she was in Texas, claiming she was reading any **** ‘banned’ book she wants, not even aware it was the Leftists, and not conservatives, banning To Kill A Mockingbird because of its repeated use of the N world and portrayal of the average black man as a simpleton. How stupid can LL be?
