A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Rob them before they go to the Casino, not after. Much more money before they gamble it away.
This guy was not smart enough. People have more money before they enter the casino. The casino will rob the people while they are there. Leaving the casino most patrons are broke. Speaking of casinos I finally went to the Rockford one. Not to gamble but to listen to a local band my wife and I have known for years and to get a bite to eat. The ‘racist’ shuttles that go back and forth between Chinatown and the casino because it’s too dangerous to go on public trans? Yes, those shuttles.
Gambling den owners know that most of Chinatown`s denizens are foreigners who no Christian spiritual values such the value of human life as well as awareness of life after death. For these gamblers America is their heaven and they must spend their meager savings before life ends. The worst of the black/brown POC exploit the weakest. Too bad Chinatown does not have vigilante groups defending this tiny community; they would be ticketed by the CPD for double parking. I noticed a few weeks ago that Chinatown acquired a new nightclub-just the thing to attract more POC troublemakers!
