I’ve told my spouse that if the school tries to quarantine my kid for two weeks without due process, I’m intend to to tell them “NOT without a court order.” And I will personally tell the principal, in writing, that if she enforces the illegal quarantine without the court order, I will be suing her personally for violating my child’s civil rights, and because her actions go beyond her official duties as principal, she’s likely going to be paying me money out of her pocket, and paying my lawyer’s fees from her paycheck.
