Once again, it’s the IL resident who suffers by, in this case, excessive user fees. Her actions and priorities align her well for a higher-level job in Springfield. What a horrible state in which to live.

Yep, that’s the most important issue in IL politics today: relationships in Springfield between the sexes. She has her priorities straight. She’ll do just fine.
