Fake, he bought counterfeit gear. Inferior is a nice way of saying that its fake, scam, counterfeit gear. No one in the know actually believes that China is allowing for the export of legitimate PPE while they are still dealing with their own outbreaks. He should have known better, but when you’re a billionaire, you can throw money at every problem, regardless of whether its a solution or not.
