Then when is the permanent victim class going to start social distancing, stop riding the el north to rob, mug and carjack, have house and hotel parties, congregate on street corners dealing drugs, and smoke and drink in every playground and park on the south and west sides? It’s time for the guard to stop their craziness.

The residents of the neighborhoods struggle with unemployment, not the community of Roseland. My bedroom community has few jobs, are we struggling for work? No! As for healthcare access, Medicaid has been around for my entire life, and it’s been FREE – as in PAY NOTHING! It’s impossible for a community to have jobs for all its residents, for many reasons. ?
Health care access could refer to transit access to a hospital or clinic. ?
From what I’m seeing, if you have the virus you are to stay home and isolate yourself. Only those that are so sick and can barely breathe get medical treatment, can go the the hospital and get medication. Please tell me what special access I’m getting that the the black community is not getting. I’m sorry I don’t drink, eat chips and watch TV all day
